Stainless Steel Charcoal Grills

Stainless Steel Charcoal Grills
Stainless steel is all the rage in appliances today. Every high end kitchen features stainless steel stoves and refrigerators, no more avocado green or harvest gold appliances. Why should the backyard grill be any different? A stainless steel charcoal grill will add some panache to your patio.
Outdoor kitchens are becoming very popular these days. I am in love with Paula Deen’s smokehouse and Bobby Flay can grill anywhere from a backyard to a rooftop. There is just something about cooing outside. Even the most mundane dish tastes better when cooked on a grill.
If your outdoor area is unprotected by a roof, stainless steel is very durable. Grills can be freestanding with wheels or built in. The built ins are very nice. They are complete and can just be dropped into your choice of cabinets or stone walls. There are smaller tabletop units for a small patio or balcony.
You could spend as little as $200.00 or as much as $5,000.00 for a stainless steel grill. Naturally the top of the line models are mcuh nicer. They have warming drawers, ovens, and lights. You can get rotisseries, smokers and all kinds of accessories to make your outdoor kitchen the envy of the neighborhood.
My brother loves to cook out and he is building one on his deck now. Lucky him, he can do most of it himself. He likes to grill and watch sports so he is including a flat screen tv in his deck kitchen. It is installed so he can cook or relax in the hot tub and still see sports. My husband would never come inside.
Think about how much use your outdoor kitchen will get and choose a stainless steel charcoal grill accordingly. If you’re lucky enough to cook out most of the year, invest a little more. If you’re like me and live in the frozen north, you may want something portable and a little less expensive.
